Free Press had taken the Internet Service Providers to Court

Oral arguments were held in a federal appellate court December 4, 2015, about whether or not the Net Neutrality rules adopted by the FCC on February 26, 2015 will be upheld. While legal teams for the big phone and cable companies have teamed up to overturn the rules, Free Press has stepped in to defend those rules on behalf of more than two dozen civic and public interest groups that support an open, accessible Internet.
