Dr. Roger Caruth's "Who Runs The Internet?" Lecture to be held October 29 at Howard

Dr. Roger Caruth will provide a lecture on the three organizations that are a part of the overall operational structure of the Internet. He will also discuss the International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP) working group which focuses on the Social Implications of Computers in Developing Countries.
 
Dr. Roger Caruth received his Ph.D. in Mass Communication and Media Studies from Howard University; J.D. from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School; and MPA and BA from Clark Atlanta University. Currently, he is an Instructor in the Strategic Communication Department of the Global School of Journalism & Communication at Morgan State University.
 
The event will be held: Tuesday, October 29 at 4PM on Howard University's campus, C.B. Powell Building, 525 Bryant Street, NW Washington, D.C. Room 251.
